Regulatory Analyst - SDS Author (Remote)

This candidate will manage raw material data to support our customer's regulatory program. Some experience with chemical hazard assessments and regulatory compliance is preferred. This is a non-lab role open to local and remote candidates.  


  • Regulatory data collection and entry into customer databases
  • Communicate with external vendors to collect chemical regulatory data based on customer needs
  • Review compliance, regulatory, and toxicological information for raw materials and products
  • Collect and interpret SDSs and other hazard communication documents
  • Assist with overflow regulatory compliance projects as needed
  • Independently work within specific computer programs and databases



  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, toxicology, or other scientific discipline
  • WERCS expereince required 
  • 1+ years of regulatory or product stewardship experience preferred
  • Familiarity with regulatory programs (OSHA, TSCA, RoHS, etc.) preferred 
  • Competent with GHS classifications related to SDS’s and labels
  • Detail oriented with excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Excellent people skills to get things done and negotiate as needed
