The main function of the QC Microbiologist is to perform supportive activities for general lab readiness, conducting critical biological tests, and following SOPs to perform methods using analytical skills and understanding of biological and chemistry techniques and principles.

The Pace Analytical Facilities Qualification group is hiring a field service technician to perform equipment qualification services and cleanroom certification testing. This exciting position offers the opportunity to execute custom facility and equipment qualification protocols related to controlled environments (cleanrooms) for all industries including medical device, life science, electronics, scientific, defense, and other high tech industries.
The qualified applicant will provide testing solutions in production cleanrooms and related lab areas. Self-directed individuals with the ability to function in complex industrial and lab environments will thrive in this position. Currently most work is in the Twin Cities regional area, nationally 25%+ travel is required.

The CMC Specialist will utilize their experience to assist in the preparation and review of documents for submission to the FDA, including formal FDA meeting requests and briefing packages, CMC components of investigational new drug (IND) applications, related progress reports, and amendments, and expedited approval programs. The CMC specialist will also perform regulatory strategy and gap analyses of clients’ materials to assess their needs as they move their drug through clinical development to marketing approval. The CMC specialist is expected to provide detailed feedback and advice into applications where clients have gaps or questions in their CMC methodology which may result in a clinical hold from the reviewing agency.

Analytical Equipment Services
Working in our Analytical Equipment Services team allows chemists to perform hands-on work and interact directly with our clients. We specialize in servicing instrumentation such as GC, GC/MS, LC, LC/MS, IC, and Dissolution. While the instrumentation is complex, TFS has an extensive training program for new employees, as well as ongoing training to maintain the capabilities of our service staff.
Facility Qualification Services
The Facility Qualification Services (FQS) team offers exciting opportunities to perform qualification services and cleanroom certification testing in a variety of industries including medical device, life science, pharmaceuticals, defense, and other high-tech industries. No degree is needed for these roles and this team provides a unique training program that includes an escalating pay scale as you continue to learn about the industry.
